VAT is 20% and UK Residents (only) with a long term condition are able to claim VAT back on some of the products offered here.  VAT exemption cannot be applied to postage costs, only to the product costs! 

To reclaim the VAT please follow the following easy steps:

·         Check that VAT EXEMPTION is available on the item you have purchased, or going to purchase!   All items are clearly marked if VAT Exemption is available,

·         Download and print out the following file: VAT EXEMPTION FORM.

·         Alternatively, request a form be sent out with your order,

·         Complete the form, and do not forget to sign and date it, then

·         Either, post it back to us using the address below, or fax it to us (01303-760-739), or scan the document into your computer and send it as an attachment to an email (sales@arcticmedical.co.uk).

·         After your form is received the applicable VAT will be refunded.
