To reclaim the VAT please follow the following easy steps:
· Check that VAT EXEMPTION is available on the item you have purchased, or going to purchase! All items are clearly marked if VAT Exemption is available,
· Please download a copy here VAT EXEMPTION FORM, or send an e-mail request to sales@arcticmedical.co.uk for a VAT Exemption Form.
· Alternatively, request a form be sent out with your order,
· Complete the form, and do not forget to sign and date it, then
· Either, post it back to us using the address below, or fax it to us (01303-760-739), or scan the document into your computer and send it as an attachment to an email to (sales@arcticmedical.co.uk).
· After your form is received the applicable VAT will be refunded.
